Weekly Weigh In October 16th 2009
Just two weeks to go till my holiday to Orlando Florida, I’ve got all my theme tickets. All I need now is to change my money into dollars, the dollar against the pound is still extremely low, hopefully it will quickly return back to the two dollars to a pound mark. This last week I’ve been extremely good diet wise and I’ve been working out hard in the gym. I’m 100% sure that I’ve lost weight, looking at how lose my jeans are at the moment I’m expecting to see quite a big weight loss this week.
Oh my god, having just stepped onto the scales my weight at this weeks weekly weigh is 192.6 pounds, this is by lowest weight so far. This takes my total weight loss for the year to a whopping 42 pounds. Whats even better my body fat percentage has dropped from 21.9% to 21.3%. Over the next two weeks I’m going to be extremely strict with my diet and exercise plan. I would love to be hitting Florida below the 20% body fat mark.

If I can do this, it will give me the motivation, to not overeat and pile the pounds back on whilst on holiday. The hotel we are staying at has got a gym, so I’m planning to visit it, every other morning to make sure that I don’t slip up too much with my weight whilst in Florida. Don’t want to be eating as much food as I did in Vegas in July, I really went to town at all the different eat as much as you like buffets.
Over the next two weeks I am going to up my protein intake, to make sure that whilst I’m losing weight, that I don’t lose any lean muscle mass. Since I’ve started training my core again hard, my mid section is definitely getting harder and firmer. I see no reason why I shouldn’t have a six pack come Xmas.
Weekly Weigh In October 9th 2009
It is now 2 weeks since my last weigh in, because I was away in Newcastle last weekend on a golfing holiday. I had a fantastic weekend and the golf was great, but I did overdo it a little on the food and drink. Over the last two weeks my training has been really good, but I haven’t stuck to the diet plan 100%. I do feel like I’m still on track though and I’ve lost a little bit more body fat.
OK having just stepped onto the scales my weight at this weeks weekly weigh in, is 197.2 pounds, but my body fat percentage is now at 21.9%. This means that I’m maintaining my body weight whilst still lowering my body fat which is exactly what I want to be doing. I’ve got just 3 weeks to go now till my Florida vacation. So over the next 3 weeks I would be absolutely trilled if I could finally get below the 20% body fat mark.

It been a long and slow journey so far, but one thing that I’m happy about is I’ve kept the weight off so far this year, and I’m now at my lowest body fat percentage of the year. Over the last 9 months I’ve had my ups and downs. I’ve had weeks were I have gained weight, but I’ve kept moving forward. It’s now looking highly unlikely that I’m going to get down to 10% body fat by Christmas. But I going to try to get down below 15% at least.
I’m so happy that I started the blog, because it has kept me motivated to keep weighing myself and showing you all what weight and body fat I am losing each week. When I return from Florida, I’m going to knuckle down big time and give it one final big push and shift as much fat as I can. I hate losing at anything so I’m going to still try to reach my body fat target of 10% before the end of 2009.
