Hi my name is Keith and I’m a guy from the UK in his mid thirties. For the past decade I have been fighting with my weight. I’m lucky in the sense that I can lose weight quite easily if I put my mind to his, but the downside to this is I can put it back on twice as easy. I’ve tried every workout program there is virtually, whilst some of them work most are just too hard to maintain.

I started 2009 at the heaviest I have ever been in my life and this was making me feel really unhappy. So I started eating less and exercising more the weight started to fly off just has it always does. But this time it’s going to be different I am going to reduce my body fat percentage and finally get the six pack I always wanted.

By creating the My Body Fat website I am going to tell you all how I am going to go about it. Plus it will keep me motivated to carry it on once I reach my goal. I’ve lost count were I have dieted lost the 20 pounds I wanted to lose, then regained it all and more in a matter or weeks. The best way to look at it is, I’m putting hours and hours of hard graft into this, so why waste it all for more often than not just a few minutes pleasure on fatty foods.
