		<description>Similarly, my father was 16st 11.5lbs (235lbs) and decided to do something about it. He went on a diet. 6 weeks later he was 16lbs lighter. But he is 5ft 11inches, and apart from a slight belly, you won&#039;t say he was overweight. Neither would you say he was fat. Has has fat on him, of course, but you won&#039;t say he was a fat person. However, the whole fat thing is keeping him going driving him to lose another 12 lbs except that when he is done his BMI would probably still classify him as obese!
