Well that all depends on You doesn’t it, losing weight is much easier than losing fat. Your goal may be to lose weight and you are looking to lose it as quickly as you can. If you fall into this category there are many things that you need to consider before you start any body fat loss program.

The number one thing that you mustn’t do, is choose to start a program that promotes rapid weight loss. Rapid weight loss will set you back in the long run and more importantly isn’t healthy. You want to be looking at losing 2 pounds per week maximum. Any more and you are going to start losing valuable lean body mass and that is something that you will definitely not want to be doing. If you are wanting to lose weight and finally keep the weight that you lose off.

One of the best things to do is start a body fat loss program designed by you. What works for one person doesn’t mean that it is going to work for you. It’s going to be a bit of trial and error for the first few weeks.  Choose exercises that work best for your body, once you have all the exercises that work best for your body. It’s time to put them altogether and create your very own unique body fat loss program. It’s the same with your diet, find foods that are healthy and more importantly foods that you enjoying eating. By picking foods that you enjoy you are more likely to stick to your diet plan, which means you will start losing weight and lowering your body fat percentage.

Like I just mentioned stay well clear of body fat loss programs that promote quick weight loss through rapid weight loss diets. Lose the weight slowly and safely and you will succeed over the long term. Losing weight is the easy part keeping the weight off you once you lose it,  is when it it starts getting difficult. I’ve managed to lose over 30 pounds so far this year and I have kept the weight off for many months now. This was achieved because I lost the weight slowly and starting this weight loss blog as also help in keeping me motivated.
