Body Fat Reduction Challenge Half Way Point
Yesterday I reached the half way point of my first body fat reduction challenge. I’m slightly behind in this challenge, but only by 1,805 calories which I know I can make up quite easily over the next 25 days. The good news about this challenge so far is that I’m sticking to it and I’ve managed to burn off in the last 25 days through exercise a whopping 23,195 calories. The last 25 days have been the most I have ever exercised in my whole entire life.
I’m progressing very slowly which is exactly what I want to be doing. I set myself a goal of losing around 1 to 3 pounds each week. Anymore than this and I’m losing lean muscle mass, which is something that I definitely don’t want to be doing. Could I do better, most definitely for one I haven’t been 100% strict with my diet plan. But over the last few days I pleased to tell you that I have been much cleaner with my diet.
Wearing the sweat suit whilst I’m doing my cardio workouts is also helping me and I feel that the body fat is melting away from my body after each workout wearing it. I reckon this weeks weigh in on Friday is going to be a good one especially in the weight loss department. I reckon I will be looking at a 3 pound loss this week, lets hope that it’s all fat. If it is my body fat percentage will drop even further again which is really my ultimate goal.
Ideally I don’t want to be losing any more weight, but I must if I’m to successfully drop my body fat even more. I’m going to drop my body weight till I weigh 190 pounds then it’s onto the muscle building phase of my program. Bulk up a little, then cut weigh again I’m going to do this till my target is attained. 10% body fat percentage at 200 pounds (14st 4 lbs)
