Since I started my first body fat reduction challenge the 50,00 calories in 50 days. I have tried to come up with an idea that would keep me motivated to keep up my one hour daily exercise sessions on my exercise bike. And here it is I’m going to post pictures every few days on this post showing how many calories I burn on my life fitness exercise bike each day.
Once I get to a reasonably low body fat percentage I going to start slowly reducing my cardio workouts to three very intense 30 – 45 minute sessions. One hour each day sat on a bike is really eating into my time, but it’s the only way to go if I want to see fast fat loss results.
But until then here the daily pictures of the calories I burn each day through cardio exercise.

I’ve now completed the 50,000 calories in 50 day challenge and I’m pleased to tell you I have reached my target. Now that I’ve completed the challenge the daily pictures must now stop not only is it getting rather boring but it’s eating into a lot of my time. Time which I can use to work on lowering my body fat percentage.
