What Are The Best Fat Burning Diets

This increase in metabolism will allow you to burn off more calories throughout the day meaning you lose more weight. Lets talk about foods that increase metabolism first. First off if you are not drinking lots and lots of water evenly spaced out through the day, there’s your first mistake. Drinking plain water for lots of people is boring they want something with a little more taste. If you fall into this category, why not grab a slice of orange or lemon and squeeze it into your water.

Since I have started drinking water instead of what I use to drink, fizzy pop and caffeine. My skin and hair has improved dramatically it doesn’t end there though. The water helps to flush out the toxins within your body giving you more energy, especially during your workouts. I still drink the occasional cup of coffee, but this is nothing to what I use to drink, which was about four to five cups everyday. So a good starting point for all fat burning diets is drinking water.

Wait a minute I forgot to tell you something, most of you will have probably heard this is. But if you haven’t here it is. Start drinking green tea to lose fat, studies have shown that by drinking green tea you are able to increase your metabolism by at least a few percent. I know this doesn’t sound like much. But you will be surprised what this small increase can do for your weight loss over the long term.

Fat burning diets should be rich in lean protein such as chicken and turkey. They should also contain lots of complex carbohydrates such as pasta and rice. They should also contain healthy fats such as the ones you will get by eating salmon and mackerel. People think that my eliminating fats from there diets they will lose weight at a much faster rate. How wrong could they be, healthy fats are needed and help to regulate your metabolism. A good fat burning diet should have a ratio of 40% protein 50% carbs and 10% fat. Remember to drink lots of water evenly spaced out throughout the day when eating a diet high in lean protein. Don’t allow yourself to get dehydrated because not only is this dangerous to your health but your workouts will suffer as a result of this as well.


The Queen Visits Heinz Factory In Wigan

Yesterday the company were I work has a sub contractor was celebrating fifty years that it’s factory in Wigan had been open. The company I work at is the H.J. Heinz factory and is the biggest food factory in the whole of Europe. My job is to look after the new boilerhouse without this process the whole of the plant would shut down costly a large amount of money. So to keep the plant running to full efficiency can often be a very stressful but more often than not a very enjoyable experience.

I have never seen the queen in person so I was really looking forward to it, each section of the factory was allocated a designated viewing spot. How pleased was I to get the spot were she did the presentations and got in and out of her car. Which by the way was a beautiful and very expensive Bentley.

When the queen arrived with her entourage I was lucky enough to get within 10 feet of her and I had an excellent view. It was truly an excellent experience. After the queen had been and gone the canteen had a carvery on with turkey and beef on the menu.  Because I’m on a diet I haven’t visited the canteen in a long time, but the food is excellent so I said why not.

I had roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, various vegetables and roast potatoes.  It was ok but I’ve had a lot better. It was quite a big meal but I didn’t feel one bit guilty because I know I’ve been extremely good all week and know I’ve lost at least 2 to 3 pounds. One carvery isn’t going to do much to my weight loss is it. All in all yesterday was a great experience and one that went very smoothly without any hiccups.


Beach Body Diet

A beach body is one which is lean and toned with muscle definition showing through. The only way to achieve this look is by lowering your body fat percentage and building up your lean muscle mass. But to achieve this is going to take hard work and plenty of time and dedication. If you are seriously overweight and are hoping to get a good beach body within 4 weeks forget about it. You just can’t do it, losing fat and gaining muscle is hard and lots of health and fitness gurus say it just cant be done. These guru’s suggest that you should concentrate on one thing at a time.

A good beach body diet should consist of plenty of lean protein look to consume around 1.5 to 2 grams of protein every day for every pound that you weigh. For example if you weigh 200 pounds you should be consuming around 300 to 400 grams of protein every day. Make sure that you are drinking lots of fresh water as well throughout the day when on a high protein diet. By making sure that your body is taking in lots of protein you are ensuring that you are giving yourself the best chance of building up your lean muscle mass.

When trying to get a beach body you will need to be working out hard in the gym. This is were you will need the energy to fuel your workouts, the best way to do this is by eating complex carbohydrates such as pasta and rice. Some people try to eliminate fat altogether from there diet, but did you know this could be doing you more harm than good. By eating healthy fats from sources such as salmon you will be ensuring that your body is getting all the right nutrients such as omega 3. These fats are said to increase testosterone which will help you dramatically in building muscle. By starting a beach body diet plan early you are giving yourself a better chance of hitting the beach come your vacation in the best shape possible.
