Body Fat Loss Programs
When it comes to choosing body fat loss programs, which should be the one that I choose to go for. Well that all depends on You doesn’t it, losing weight is much easier than losing fat. Your goal may be to lose weight and you are looking to lose it as quickly as you can. If you fall into this category there are many things that you need to consider before you start any body fat loss program.
The number one thing that you mustn’t do, is choose to start a program that promotes rapid weight loss. Rapid weight loss will set you back in the long run and more importantly isn’t healthy. You want to be looking at losing 2 pounds per week maximum. Any more and you are going to start losing valuable lean body mass and that is something that you will definitely not want to be doing. If you are wanting to lose weight and finally keep the weight that you lose off.
One of the best things to do is start a body fat loss program designed by you. What works for one person doesn’t mean that it is going to work for you. It’s going to be a bit of trial and error for the first few weeks. Choose exercises that work best for your body, once you have all the exercises that work best for your body. It’s time to put them altogether and create your very own unique body fat loss program. It’s the same with your diet, find foods that are healthy and more importantly foods that you enjoying eating. By picking foods that you enjoy you are more likely to stick to your diet plan, which means you will start losing weight and lowering your body fat percentage.
Like I just mentioned stay well clear of body fat loss programs that promote quick weight loss through rapid weight loss diets. Lose the weight slowly and safely and you will succeed over the long term. Losing weight is the easy part keeping the weight off you once you lose it, is when it it starts getting difficult. I’ve managed to lose over 30 pounds so far this year and I have kept the weight off for many months now. This was achieved because I lost the weight slowly and starting this weight loss blog as also help in keeping me motivated.
Easy Ways To Lose Weight Fast
You have found this weight loss blog because you are searching for easy ways to lose weight fast. Well I’m sorry to disappoint you but losing weight fast isn’t the right way to go about it folks and here’s why. Losing lots of weight quickly will not only slow your metabolism down, but it will do your general health and well being no good at all as well. Correct the best crash diet in the world will allow you to lose weight quickly. But when your putting your health at risk is it really worth it. Plus 9.99 times out of 10 the majority of the weight that you lose is all muscle. Which means you are going to be fatter than before you even starting dieting. Which is not good news
The term easy ways to lose weight fast should not contain the word fast at the end of it. Okay you are looking to lose weight, I suggest you start by dropping your calorie intake by 500 calories each day. This isn’t a lot if your currently eating quite a lot of food. Its a packet of crisps and a small bar of chocolate. By dropping your calorie intake by 500 calories each day. Will give you a one pound weight loss each week. 3500 calories = 1 pound, 7 x 500 = 3500 calories.
A one pound weight loss is OK, but you really need to double this by burning off an extra 500 calories each day through exercise. By doing this you will have a 2 pound weight loss each week. I know it still doesn’t sound like a lot but think about it for one minute if you was to lose 2 pounds every week for one year your weight loss would be a whopping 104 pounds. Plus by losing weight rapidly you are more prone to having loose skin than if you lose it more slowly.
Don’t think about losing weight, think about lowering your body fat percentage. Your body fat will determine how fat that you look. By lowering your body fat and gaining muscle your appearance will improve dramatically. Much more than if you crash dieted and lost a large amount of weight in just a matter of weeks. Successful fat loss is all about losing around 2 pounds every week and keeping your metabolism raised so that you are burning off calories more efficiently.
Fastest Way To Burn Fat
When I first started my body fat loss journey at the start of 2009, I was desperate to lose weight and lower my body fat percentage. I searched the web high and low to find the fastest way to burn fat. But I didn’t need to search I had the knowledge and everything I need to know in my own brain. The only thing that was stopping me getting the six pack and the ripped up appearance I have always dreamed of IS ME. The food that I was putting in my mouth was stopping me getting the body that I wanted.
Before I started this weight loss blog I was overweight and very unhappy, but I knew that I could lose the weight because I’ve done it on so many occasions in the past. I have now lost all the weight that I want to lose and my ultimate goal now is to shift body fat.
This is going to take time and I know if I was more strict with my diet plan and stuck to it 100% this would be the fastest way to burn fat for me. But I like going out for meals and socializing and know that if I’m going to succeed over the long term I can not give up my vices 100%. I’m burning lots of fat through exercise and my body fat percentage is going down week after week. I’ve probably exercised more this year than the last ten years combined. This is all down to me starting this weight loss blog. I’m feeling each week that I need to show you, that you can do this, if you work hard and don’t lose motivation.
My motivation drops sometimes because it is such a slow process losing body fat. I want to see fast results just like everyone else. But to be perfectly honest they do not exist unless you have fantastic genetics or you are taking banned substances to enhance your results. The fastest way to burn fat for most average Joe’s like myself who work full time jobs and lead very hectic lifestyles is my making a plan and sticking to it the best that you can. You will make mistakes along the way I know I have, my biggest mistake so far is not sticking to my diet. But I am getting around this by training hard and eating a diet of healthy foods that help me to lose fat.
