This weight loss blog is around three months old now and I’m so glad that I started it. It has been a fantastic source of inspiration and motivation for me. I’m the first to admit that my willpower over the last few years has been very poor. I just can’t say no to my temptations and this is the reason why I got fat, this blog has helped me because I have to keep writing about my weight loss and body fat percentage week after week. And over the last few weeks my progress to say the least has stalled.
I gained 6.4 pounds last week which is a massive amount to gain when you weigh only 200 pounds. The good thing about it though was my body fat percentage actually went down by 0.3%. Which I should be happy about because that really is my ultimate goal. I’m feeling like a bit of a fraud at the moment because I’m not performing like a good weight loss blogger should be. If you search around the blogosphere there are not many bloggers who are practising what they preach and that is losing weight and losing fat.
If I don’t get back on track soon I’m in danger of joining this merry band of weight loss bloggers. This weight loss blog is growing quickly now and search engine traffic is beginning to explode. Mainly due to my rankings for keywords relating to body fat which gets thousands of hits every day. With this increased traffic I am getting lots and lots of emails with question relating to lowering body fat percentage. I know the answer to most of the questions, but I feel a fraud answering them because if you take a look at my recent results on my body fat chart it really is PATHETIC. The only thing that is stopping me, is ME and my WILLPOWER.
Once I can get my mindset right I will be on my way to certain success I’m sure of that. A thing that has always been a big motivation for me in the past is exercising and getting in shape for a vacation or holiday. Well I’m going to Las Vegas in just over 5 weeks to watch UFC 100, I can’t wait and I’m praying that Michael Bisping destroys Dan Henderson. Dan’s a bit one dimensional he’s always looking for that one knockout punch and if that doesn’t work then take them to the ground. Were to be honest, is ground game sucks. Hopefully his advancing years will also catch up with him and Mike will beat him. So I’m going to use this vacation for motivation for exercising and eating right. Which if I do there’s absolutely no reason why my body fat percentage shouldn’t drop week after week.
