Diet Plan

This is the diet plan that I have been using that has allowed me to lose 30 pounds so far this year. I usually eat the same foods seven days a week. I know its boring but I am going to re-adjust the diet when I have finished the 50,000 calorie burning challenge. The challenge is really eating into my time because of the time consumed exercising and burning calories.

9 am 3 wheat bisks with semi skimmed milk.  50 grams of Protein powder mixed with water.

12 noon Pasta and tuna or chicken

3pm 50 grams of protein powder and one banana

5pm Workout

6pm Pasta and tuna or chicken and one banana

9pm 50 grams of protein powder and one banana

I also try to drink at least 3 litres of water each day to keep my body re-hydrated.
