Drinking Green Tea To Lose Fat

my body fatI have always loved drinking fizzy drinks especially coke and Dr Pepper. In recent years though I have swapped the high sugar ones to the sugar free option. Whilst this has saved me lots and lots of excess calories, these sugar free options are also getting bad press. With many experts saying the sweeteners and other ingredients that are added are not that healthy to your body. I also drink lots and lots of coffee. I always need my caffeine fix in the morning to get me going.

But if I want to start losing fat as quick as possible I need to swap these drinks and starting drinking green tea instead. I have read all over the Internet that green tea is fantastic at helping you lower your body fat percentage. At the moment I am drinking quite a bit of water, so what I am going to start doing is preparing my water each night. But instead of drinking it plain, I’m going to add some green tea to it.  Hopefully by making this small change I can give my fat loss a much needed boost.

This is what I started doing last night. I fill up a 2 litre jug with boiling hot water, place inside it 3 green tea bags as shown in the picture below and leave it for one hour to cool down. Then I fill up an empty 2 litre bottle with the green tea and drink this throughout my working day. Instead of just drinking plain water, which too be honest I was getting bored drinking.
