body fat percentage 22.1%We all know by eating healthy foods not only will it help us to lose weight, but it is extremely beneficial to our health and vitality. Since I started eating a more healthy and balanced diet my skin is much clearer and I have got a lot more energy. Energy which I am using to fuel my intense high intensity interval training workouts and my weight training sessions.

Eating healthy foods is so easy to do and doesn’t need to be difficult at all, to make sure that I am getting all the right nutrients in my diet. I set out a diet plan for myself that contains everything I need not only to lose weight and lower my body fat percentage. But will improve my health and energy levels. Before when I was over weight and living on a diet of crap and junk food, I was feeling tired all the time and just didn’t want to leave the house. But that has all changed since I started eating healthy foods.

If you are about to start trying to lose weight, eating foods which are healthy should be your number one priority. Set up a diet plan that contains at least 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day. Plenty of lean protein and complex carbohydrates and one which is low in fat. But if you are trying to maximize your weight loss you must start a exercise plan that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle.

I’ve got lots of friends who are over weight, and when I ask them why don’t they join a gym. Their reply is I just haven’t got the time to go. That’s BS in my opinion I lead a very hectic life myself and some days I work over 12 hours per day add 8 hours on to it for sleep. And that leaves 4 hours in the day that I can exercise. If getting fit and feeling good about yourself is a priority like it is for me. You will change your lifestyle, start eating healthy foods and start exercising more. I use to be a big massive fan of the soaps, still am so what I do now is watch the soaps whilst I’m exercising on my bike. What’s better at lowering your body fat percentage, you sat on the sofa watching eastenders or watching it whilst burning lots of calories on an exercise bike. Losing weight is all down to you, changing your diet should be your first priority though, then you can slowly incorporate exercise into your life and start seeing long term results.
