Fastest Way To Burn Fat

body fat percentage 22.1%When I first started my body fat loss journey at the start of 2009, I was desperate to lose weight and lower my body fat percentage. I searched the web high and low to find the fastest way to burn fat. But I didn’t need to search I had the knowledge and everything I need to know in my own brain. The only thing that was stopping me getting the six pack and the ripped up appearance I have always dreamed of IS ME. The food that I was putting in my mouth was stopping me getting the body that I wanted.

Before I started this weight loss blog I was overweight and very unhappy, but I knew that I could lose the weight because I’ve done it on so many occasions in the past. I have now lost all the weight that I want to lose and my ultimate goal now is to shift body fat.

This is going to take time and I know if I was more strict with my diet plan and stuck to it 100% this would be the fastest way to burn fat for me. But I like going out for meals and socializing and know that if I’m going to succeed over the long term I can not give up my vices 100%. I’m burning lots of fat through exercise and my body fat percentage is going down week after week. I’ve probably exercised more this year than the last ten years combined. This is all down to me starting this weight loss blog. I’m feeling each week that I need to show you, that you can do this, if you work hard and don’t lose motivation.

My motivation drops sometimes because it is such a slow process losing body fat. I want to see fast results just like everyone else. But to be perfectly honest they do not exist unless you have fantastic genetics or you are taking banned substances to enhance your results. The fastest way to burn fat for most average Joe’s like myself who work full time jobs and lead very hectic lifestyles is my making a plan and sticking to it the best that you can. You will make mistakes along the way I know I have, my biggest mistake so far is not sticking to my diet. But I am getting around this by training hard and eating a diet of healthy foods that help me to lose fat.
