This week has had its up and downs, diet wise I have done OK. Although I have ate out on quite a few occasions. On Saturday I had a big mac meal from McDonald’s. On Tuesday I had Steak and chips and on Thursday I had a Chicken Breast Burger meal from whetherspoons. Apart from this I have watched my calories.
Whilst I haven’t ate to my diet plan, I have gone overboard on the amount of daily calories consumed. Exercise wise I have completed all of my 4 weekly weigh training sessions. Cardio wise I didn’t do as many workouts as I wanted to, I completed two 20 minutes high intensity cardio workouts.
I knew because I had gained lots of weight fast over the last few weeks, I knew that lots of the excess weight was water weight. So to help me lose this excess water weight and to relases the toxins, I drank around 6 to 8 litres of water evenly spaced out through each day. Ok lets step onto the scales for week’s 2 weekly weigh in.
I am extremely pleased with the results, because I have managed to lose a whopping 9.2 pounds in just 7 days. This is all water weight, so I am not that worried. Next week I am expecting to only lose around 1 to 2 pounds in body weight, just is because I have shifted all of the excess water weight that I was carrying this week.
204.4 pounds or 14 stone 8.4 pounds
This week I plan on eating a bit more strict and I will try to completed at least 3 cardio workouts. I am also wanting to drop my body fat percentage a little as well. As you can see my body fat has stayed the same at 25.4%
