		<description>I&#039;m 11 n overweight my goal is to lose 35 pounds but I have no idea Wat to do all my friends r at my weight goal..I really wnt to lose weight before summer so I wnt be ashamed ...in pe we run a lot n play lots of sports but its not enough n it feels like there juss isn&#039;t enough time for excersize wid homework n all so is there an easier way??</description>

		<description>I just want to make one more point here about this comment from above. ...&quot;you just need to consume less calories than your body needs each day and you will lose weight.&quot; - I know it&#039;s out of context but forgive me - I once heard a specialist say that he had lots of patients consuming 1000 calories per day and not loose weight, try as they might and some patients that consume over 4000 calories per day and can&#039;t gain weight, try as they might!

The goal is not to lose weight per se but to lose body fat. Cutting calories can mean losing fat and/or muscle. Of course, the weight training, more specifically resistance training, can do a lot to ensure that muscle is retained. However, seeing your weight drop less become less addictive as you build muscle!
