		<description>The way I try and say no to fatty/high calorie foods is to stick a photo of myself from my fat days on the fridge as a reminder of what I was, and how I got there.  It doesn&#039;t scare me off foods because binging isn&#039;t a bad thing.
It&#039;s just that when I want motivation, I look at those photos and then pull out a healthy alternative.  Sometimes I want something salty, I make some soup.  Want something sweet?  I grab some yoghurt and throw in some chopped fruit.  
I still have the odd day when I crave something naughty, but it passes pretty quickly :)</description>
