My Diet & Exercise Plan For The Next Four Weeks
I’m a man on a mission at the moment, I’m desperate to lose as much body fat in the next 4 weeks as humanly possible without losing to much lean body mass in the process. Things that I doing differently to achieve faster fat loss is exercising wearing a sweat suit, eating no carbs after 3 pm and doing my cardio workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Hopefully these changes will allow me to lose lots and lots of body fat.
I plan on doing this for the next 4 weeks, at which point I reckon my body weight will be down to 190 pounds which at this point I can then move onto phase 2 of my body fat journey. Start eating a bit more and start building some serious muscle.
Here is my new diet and exercise plan for the next 4 weeks.
6am – 7am 1 hour cardio workout wearing sweat suit
7am 30 grams of whey protein, semi skimmed milk and one banana mixed together to make a delicious tasting protein shake.
9am 4 wheat bisks with semi skimmed milk and 50 gram of whey protein mixed with water.
12am 200 grams of meat or fish with 200 grams of mixed vegetables.
3pm 50 grams of whey protein mixed with water and one banana.
5pm workout
6pm 200 grams of meat or fish with 200 grams of mixed vegetables.
9pm 50 grams of whey protein mixed with water and yogurt.
