My Home Gym

This is were most of the work in reducing my body fat percentage will be done in My Home Gym. For years I have paid expensive gym fees, only to pay for something that I don’t use.  For biggest problem for me when I was a member of a commercial gym was finding the time to go. This was why I have decided to build my own gym, the gym is located in my back garden in a 16ft by 10ft wooden shed.

This is home to all my weight training equipment, my cardio equipment consists of a life fitness exercise bike which lives in the smallest bedroom within my house. Its a fantastic piece of equipment because it tells you exactly how many calories you are burning on every workout. Information which I have found to be very valuable in the 50,000 calorie challenge.
