No More Popcorn And Nachos For Me
One of my favorite past-times is watching movies I’m an absolute film buff. I go to the cinema at least once per week, even more now that I’ve got a unlimited pass to my local Cine-world cinema. Which is a fantastic money saver compared to the amount I use to pay every time I wanted to watch a film. I use to have the sky movies package at home, but every time a new film premiered on sky I was finding out that I had already seen them at the cinema.
I quickly came to my senses and cancelled my sky movies package and opted for an unlimited movies pass at my local cine-world cinema. It only costs me £11.99 a month so if I only go twice a month I’m in profit. At the moment I’m averaging at least one film per week so it definitely been worth the money so far.
But here comes the big downside to visiting the cinema often, I absolutely love popcorn and nachos with cheese. So even up to a few weeks ago I was still buying them, which is not good for someone trying to lose fat like I am. My last couple of visits I have been able to resist them totally which is what I needed to do at the start of the year. People on diets like me and you must seem extremely boring to our friends. I’m losing count the amount of times I’m now turning down going for meals with friends, because I’m scared of eating a large amount of calories.
The bottom line is, I need to stay away from these very tempting and fatty food if I’m to succeed and lower my body fat percentage to 10% and below. I have just returned from the cinema and I managed to stay away from the popcorn and nachos again which is good. I watched a comedy called Paul Blart Mall Cop it was quite a funny film and quite enjoyable. It’s been a busy day so far and I’m contemplating doing a bit of cardio later, but at the moment I’m feeling slightly tired so for the next few hours I’m going to chill out on the sofa with a cup of hot green tea and watch a bit of TV.
