Regular readers of My Body Fat will know that my home gym is a 16ft x 10 ft wooden shed in my back garden. Behind my back garden is a small brook and open fields. Which brings plenty of wildlife into my back garden. But today I have found that I have an unwanted guest living under my home gym, it’s a rat which during today has been feeding on the bird seed which is falling down from my bird feeder.
Here’s a photo showing a squirrel feeding from the bird feeder and the rat feeding on the bird seed which is falling to the ground.

I know that the rat has found a nice new and cosy home under my shed, but it’s vermin and it’s going to be evicted, having measured the gap under my shed. I have just been to B & Q for some wood and nails to seal up the space around my shed. I’ve cut the wood into the correct lengths and stained it and it’s now ready to be nailed on. I’m going to make sure that the rat is gone first before I seal it up. I’m going to do this by spraying under the shed with the jet washer, once I’m sure the rat’s gone. It’s time to seal it up and say goodbye to this rat’s cosy new home.
Here’s a picture of the strips of wood I’m using to seal it up, I’ve just sealed up the small shed.

Not seen it since so hopefully it’s gone, now that it’s got no where to live
Too Much to Ask For In California, I considered myself to be a bit of a “gym rat”, I loved kickboxing and weight training. Garden
