I Need To Stop Snacking At Night
I’m doing everything right on my journey to lowering my body fat percentage. I’m exercising right I’m eating the right foods, foods that increase metabolism and are high in fiber, complex carbohydrates and protein. But one thing that I keep doing wrong and is probably slowing down my results is snacking at night. All this exercise makes me hungry though and when I see my cadbury easter eggs and other delicious snacks in the fridge I just can’t resist them.
I need to stop snacking at night if I am going to speed up my results. My current aim is to lower my body fat levels by 0.5% each week. This is not as easy as it looks, and will take plenty of hard work and dedication on my part to succeed. I’ve only got 2 days left on my first body fat reduction challenge and I’m well on target at reaching it. But the amount of cardio training that I’m doing at the moment needs to slow down I just can’t keep it up.
But what happens when I reduce my cardio sessions, it means that I’m burning off less calories. So to combat this I am going to have stop the snacking at night it’s as simple as that. But it’s not going to be easy for me, hopefully once I start exercising less my appetite will reduce and I won’t get the craving for chocolate. This is one obstacle I need to overcome though If I’m going to succeed and reach my goal of 10% body fat come the end of 2009.
I’m so motivated and focused when it comes to exercise, why can’t I program my mind to just say no to the snacks. I’ve always been the type of guy who says I’ll start tomorrow, but this is a phrase that has set me back all these years. If I could just stop the snacking I would guarantee myself certain success. Don’t get me wrong I’m seeing fantastic results week after week, but I’m a perfectionist and know that I could do even better. I really don’t know why I’m complaining but I feel like I need to have a rant because eating chocolate day after day just doesn’t seem right, but I’m losing fat my metabolism must be a fat burning furnace at moment because I must be eating around 300o to 4000 calories every day and still seeing results.
