Traditionally if I was not going not or if I was not working on a Saturday night I would get myself a takeaway. Well it’s Saturday night and I’m home alone, and I have nearly gave into my cravings and rang for my favorite Chinese takeaway. It’s hot and spicy soup for starters with a portion of prawn crackers. A portion of spare ribs in barbecue square and for my main meal I always order special hot and spicy with fried rice and chips.
That’s one big ass tasty meal, but its absolutely laden in calories, I’ve been extremely good so far today and I’ve been able to burn 1100 calories on my exercise bike which took me just over 1.5 hours to do. My usual Chinese takeaway is easily over 1100 calories you can probably double that and add some more on and you might be getting close. I said to myself why waste all that hard work for 20 minutes of pleasure eating a delicious Chinese takeaway.
So instead of the usual Saturday night takeaway I made myself a protein shake mixed with milk and a bowl of Heinz beef and tomato soup. I’m living on Heinz soup at the moment, I ‘m an engineer there and we get items at discounted prices. Another good thing about not giving into my craving tonight is I’ve saved myself a bit of money, money which I can take to Las Vegas with me in July. I’m putting around 50 quid a week away for that trip, I’m going need it because the price of the dollar against the pound is shockingly low.
For all you Americans out there who want to come to England, now’s the time to do it, you will get a lot of pounds back in return for your dollar. I wouldn’t recommend just at the moment though the weather were I’m from Liverpool is absolutely horrendous at the moment windy and raining. I’m home alone and there’s absolutely nothing on the TV to watch. I think it’s going to be an early night for me tonight I’m feeling a little bit tired tonight. I think it’s largely down to me stepping up my cardio from level 4 to level 5. The same thing happened a few weeks ago when I went from level 3 to level 4. My body needs a few more day to adjust to the increased resistance on the leg muscles. They are really burning up at the moment, it’s all going to be worth it in the end though.
