Hi Dave, this diet plan is excellent for people who are looking for quick rapid weight loss. It might be that you need to quickly lose a few pounds so that you can fit into that outfit or dress for that special occasion.

Because you lose lots of weight quickly, it is more than likely not going to be all body fat. My measurements were taken on body fat scales, I would of got a more accurate reading using my body fat calipers. But I find using these extremely time consuming.
Good Luck if you try the 3 day tuna and water diet, it works just make sure to return to normal eating after the 3 days.

Yeha I am a little confused, the weight certainly dropped but the body fat % stayed the same

Im a keep weight lifter and looking for a way to cut weight and look leaner, I was looking to try this but I this it gets rid lean mass and not actually fat?

Looks good though and I have shown someone else it who will give it a try

I read your post with interest but I am a little puzzled where the weight loss has actually come from? You definitely lost "weight" but according to your figures your body fat stayed the same at 23.3% This means you must have lost either water or lean muscle mass or a mixture of both. But surely this means you have not actually reduced your body fat levels at all. If you don't reduce the body fat levels surely you will end up as a "skinny fat person"?
Not trying to diminish your results but the body fat percentage is the most important thing to reduce for best results and looking good.

My wife is on the weight watchers plan and she has managed to lose almost 3 stone this year.

She likes the fact that you can eat delicious meals and still stay under her points. She is down to 29 points a day now though, which she isn't happy about. Good luck with your diet!

I have just done the 3 day tuna and water diet plan myself and I am very pleased with the results. I managed to lose 5 pounds in just 3 days.

I plan on using this diet plan every few weeks till I reach my weight loss goal of losing 50 pounds.

If your starting weight was 16 stone, then you have lost 2.2 pounds. Which is an excellent loss for just 3 days.

If you do the diet once per month and follow a calorie controlled diet plan. Which is rich in protein, complex carbs and low in fat for the rest of the month. Then you will start seeing weight loss results.
