		<description>Don&#039;t feel to disheartened, some of what you are feeling will keep you motivated to lose the weight and not let yourself be in this situation again but you need to remember why lose weight for yourself not because of other people&#039;s expectations.  I can sympathise with you I have been through a similar situation and was really too hard on myself.  I should have stepped back and seen the bigger picture and then in the long run I realised that it helped me understand why can&#039;t I lose weight when - because I get stressed, controlling my stress made weight loss much easier.</description>
