Weekly Weigh In May 1st 2009
Before I stepped onto my body fat scales for this weeks weekly weigh in I was 100% certain that I had put weight on. Because this is one week were I haven’t stuck to my diet plan 100% and I’m been snacking in between meals quite a lot. Also since I finished the 50,000 calories challenge my cardio workouts have also slowed down. Well I was right I have put on 2.6 pounds in body weight this week, this is the most weight that I have put on all year. The good thing though is my body fat percentage has dropped from 22.8% to 22.5%. Which means the weight that I have put on is mostly lean muscle mass.

Over the past 4 to 5 weeks the results I have been seeing is up and down, I know that to improve on my results I need to knuckle down again and try my best to stick to my diet plan 100%. The snacks in between meals have got to go. The takeaways and big meals out have got to go. I know that I must make changes if I’m to reach my body fat percentage of 10% before the end of 2009. I know this sounds like a long way off, but the weeks keep flying by and my body fat percentage just isn’t going down quick enough.
A few weeks ago I was thinking that I would be able to lower my body fat percentage by 0.5% each week, which if I put my mind to it I could. The problem is though I love my food, and at the moment my willpower just isn’t good enough to resist the temptations. I’m sticking to my exercise program 100% at the moment I’m on the old school training challenge were I’m doing 250 press ups and 250 sit ups every workout and 30 minutes of high intensity interval training on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I love working out it really does give me a buzz.
I just need to make sure that I stick to my diet and stop snacking at night on foods that are doing my body fat reduction journey no good at all. I know what I need to do I just need to get myself together and get my mind programmed for fat loss success. I know I will do it, it’s just becoming a little bit harder than I first imagined it to be.
